Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services and equipment provided by The Grass Is Greener Events (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services or renting equipment from us, you (“Client,” “Renter,” or “you”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to reserve your date and services.
-
The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 business days prior to the scheduled event.

If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

2. CANCELLATIONS
-
7-Day Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, a business credit may be issued, valid for future use within 12 months.

3. RESCHEDULING
-
Rescheduling must be coordinated with all involved service providers and is subject to availability.

No guarantee is made that a requested date will be available. The Company reserves the right to deny any rescheduling request not made in good faith or with adequate notice.

4. EVENT SETUP
-
Client or Renter must be available on-site 1 to 2 hours prior to the event start time for equipment or service setup.
-
Failure to provide timely access to the venue may delay service and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The following are mandatory for all sound system rentals:

Cover/Tent if Outdoors (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Safe, working electrical source OR a power generator

The power source must support a minimum of 1600 watts.

It is the Renter’s sole responsibility to ensure the electrical source is safe, accessible, and up to city code. The Company is not liable for damages or service interruptions due to insufficient power or unsafe setup conditions.

6. ADDITIONAL FEES

Events held outside our primary service area may be subject to additional travel or setup fees.

Fees will be disclosed in advance when applicable and must be paid in full prior to the event date.

7. DAMAGES & LIABILITY

The Client/Renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period, from delivery/setup to breakdown/removal.

Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment will incur repair or replacement fees at the renter’s expense.
-
The Company is not responsible for injury, property damage, or any indirect losses resulting from misuse of equipment or services.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, acts of God, or unforeseen emergencies).

9. AGREEMENT & CONTACT
By booking our services or renting our equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
